We are seeking a skilled Dishware Specialist to join our team at Mission - 31872 Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. As a Dishware Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety and hygiene.

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Scrub and rinse food residue from dishes, pots, pans, and trays; wash them by hand or load them into racks or on conveyor belts for machine washing.
• Pot and Pan Cleaning: Wash pots, pans, and trays according to established procedures to ensure complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Silver Polishing: Use burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, and hand cloths to polish silver items, adhering to assigned procedures.
• Environmental Maintenance: Sweep and mop kitchen floors; maintain dish area orderliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Equipment Management: Ensure proper temperatures and chemical levels are maintained as outlined by provided standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in dishwashing or related field preferred.
