Job Title: QC Chemist

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Chemist to join our team at BestCo, a leading innovator in the development and manufacturing of Vitamin, Mineral & Supplement (VMS), Over-the-Counter (OTC) and prebiotics/probiotics products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze products, raw materials, and packaging materials using established chemical and physical analytical techniques.
  • Write or contribute to the content of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist with method validation and implementation.
  • Provide second review of laboratory data.
  • Facilitate Out-of-Specification (OOS) investigations and report accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot analytical instruments, execute general/preventive maintenance, and perform operational qualification of lab equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  • Generate reports as required.
  • Adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry.
  • 3+ years of bench work in a cGMP laboratory environment.
  • Lab Knowledge (college or work setting).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Schedule flexibility including on-call weekends.
