Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Senior Physical Therapy Educator to join our team at WCU Los Angeles CGS Campus. This is a full-time faculty position responsible for teaching, research, and service. The ideal candidate will have a terminal academic doctorate (PhD, EdD, DSc) in physical therapy or a related field and a strong track record of teaching and mentoring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach courses in physical therapy education
- Develop and implement curriculum materials
- Mentor students in research projects
- Participate in departmental and university-wide committees
- Engage in scholarly activities and publish research papers
Requirements
- Terminal academic doctorate (PhD, EdD, DSc) in physical therapy or a related field
- 0-4 years of teaching experience in a university setting
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally to other campuses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
