Responsibilities:

- Apply primers and paints to walls and ceilings
- Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to apply paint
- Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking tape
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a painter in residential or commercial settings
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent color vision and sense of aesthetics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- High school diploma or equivalent
