  • Develop and manage project schedules for the engineering department, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Provide guidance, training, and motivation to junior engineers to develop their professional skills.
  • Design and develop precast concrete systems from construction documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with sales, estimating, project management, and operations teams to deliver engineering packages.
  • Support the Sales Department by providing technical assistance and expertise.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field inspections, writing Observation Reports and tracking field repairs to ensure quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to generate monthly revenue reports and review costs as required.

Requirements:

Certificates, Licenses, Registration: Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.

Experience: 10+ years of prior experience in design engineering, preferably in precast concrete manufacturing.
