Medical Device Service Associate

Lympha Press is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our patient services team as a Medical Device Service Associate.
This part-time role involves scheduling in-home visits with patients, providing product trials, education, and instruction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements- Schedule and conduct in-home visits with patients, adhering to company protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and satisfaction.
- Utilize industry-leading technology to document patient interactions and submissions.
The successful candidate will be required to have a high school diploma or equivalent, 6 months of work experience in healthcare-related fields or equivalent training, and prior experience in medical device industries or caregiving roles is an asset.
