Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and caring for patients with breathing or other cardiopulmonary disorders.

Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Respiratory Therapist is to provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders and established policies and procedures. You will participate in the development and/or implementation of patient care plans, assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations, and maintain and promote good customer relations.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients per physician orders and established policies and procedures.

  • Maintain and promote good customer relations.
  • Provide instruction to patients and other caretakers in the methods and objectives of therapy.
  • Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
Requirements:
  • Respiratory Therapist credential by the NBRC, and CPR certification required.
  • Eighteen months of respiratory care experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
