Job Description:
RFK Community Alliance invites applications for a Licensed Clinician/Behavioral Health Professional position in Lancaster, MA. As a full-time clinician, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals and families with complex needs.
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a dedicated professional who can make a positive impact on people's lives. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree with a relevant license (LMHC, LICSW, or LCSW) and experience in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed treatment. Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and family therapy, psychological evaluations, and ongoing medication management services to adults with mental health diagnoses and developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with our team to provide trauma-informed therapeutic support and guidance to children and adults
