Job Title: Dispensing Specialist (Medical Pharmacy Services)

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Centers for Independence is seeking a skilled Dispensing Specialist to join our Medical Pharmacy Services team in Milwaukee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy practice and excellent analytical skills.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting physicians' prescriptions, verifying medication orders, and counseling clients on medication use. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, adhering to established professional standards, and ensuring compliance with state laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or PharmD degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university
• Registered Pharmacist license with the State of Wisconsin required
• Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a healthcare setting; experience in long-term care or mail order facilities preferred
