Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Erickson Senior Living. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean residents' apartments and common areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and bedrooms.
  • Ensure public bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, and fixtures.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of lobbies, classrooms, and living spaces, including vacuuming, dusting, de-cluttering, and removing trash.
  • Assist with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash.
Requirements:
  • Experience in cleaning residential or commercial settings is preferred, but we will provide training.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple requests.
