Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Amenity Health Services, PLLC. As a Behavioral Therapist - Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments of clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and producing assessment reports to include recommendations for treatment and supervision hours.

You will assure clients and caregivers receive interventions regularly and offer opportunities to meet DMHC and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will attend and support stakeholders at school IEPs/ARDs, providing collaboration opportunities with teaching staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and producing reports
  • Providing interventions and support to clients and caregivers
  • Attending and supporting stakeholders at school IEPs/ARDs
  • Selecting and delivering appropriate interventions
  • Observing and assessing client skills and progress
  • Managing a caseload of 7-10 stakeholders
  • Providing supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians and/or Behavior Technicians

Requirements:

  • BCBA with at least one year of experience
  • Completed supervision certification
  • Experience with pediatric patients diagnosed with Autism and developmental disorders
  • CPR certification
