Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience working on trailers is preferred
- Skills: Strong communication skills to interact with service managers, service writers, and customers about job progress
- Tools: Ability to provide your own tools and toolbox
- Licenses: Valid Driver's License is required; CDL is a plus but not mandatory
- Motivation: A drive to work efficiently and safely to deliver top-notch service
- Technical Skills: Experience in repairing trailers, including brake jobs, air system repairs, axle work, welding, cutting with a torch, container repairs, patches, door repairs/replacements, reefer repair, and roof/wall/floor repair
