Responsibilities- Perform high-quality ultrasound scans with confidence and compassion, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
- Effectively manage patient tracking systems to ensure timely and accurate follow-up care.
- Collaborate with radiologists to ensure accurate and timely scan documentation and results.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with patients, providers, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and best practices to maintain high-quality care.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
- Abdomen and Transvaginal certification required.
- Minimum of 4-6 months of independent experience in performing scans with high diagnostic quality.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, as well as pathology related to diagnostic imaging.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment, with experience with GE Voluson series preferred.
