Job Title: CNC Engineer

At Manpower Engineering, we are seeking a skilled CNC Engineer to join our team. As a CNC Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, programming, and maintaining CNC equipment to produce high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programming and Operation: Read technical drawings and set up machines in accordance with blueprints. Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly.
  • Machine Maintenance: Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality. Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise. Notify Production Manager or Maintenance of any equipment malfunctions or problems that are impeding production.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all production data is entered into MES system. Report any quality concerns to the Production Manager and Quality Director.
  • Training and Development: May train new employees on how to properly operate CNC machines and programs.
