Key Responsibilities
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of dedication and expertise. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Managing the daily operations of our grain facility, including supervision of employees and maintenance of equipment
• Coordinating effective grain logistics, including receiving, shipping, and blending to maximize returns
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, complying with all relevant regulations and laws
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and responding promptly to customer needs

Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Additionally, you should possess basic computer operation skills and be willing to seek out additional training and education as needed.

Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience.
