Key Responsibilities

As an Industrial Controls Expert Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a group of technicians and engineers in ensuring that all work assignments are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will serve as the subject matter expert in the trade, providing guidance and support to junior staff members. Your duties will include inspecting completed and in-process work, identifying deficiencies and implementing corrective actions, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality.

You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all projects align with the company's overall strategy. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
