A reputable company in the steel fabrication industry is seeking full-time, 1st shift Metal Fabrication Specialists with competitive pay ranging from $18 to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates must possess the ability to interpret blueprints to create custom components for clients. Join us in making a tangible impact by literally building bridges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welding flat sheet materials and structural components into finished products using established protocols.
  • Receive and interpret work orders and verbal instructions.
  • Execute tasks based on work orders, layouts, or information provided through the computer system.
  • Set up and operate manual fabrication machinery, including shears, roll forming equipment, iron workers, and punch presses.
  • Utilize various controls and measuring devices such as foot pedals, hand levers, palm buttons, toggle switches, and gauges.
  • Set up and operate turret punch presses, laser torches, plasma torches, and brake presses.

Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable Home or Cell Phone
  • Clean Background Check with No Felony Convictions
  • Personal Transportation Required
  • Able to Pass a Drug Screening
  • Proficient in Reading Blueprints
  • Experience in Structural Steel Welding is a Plus
  • Prior Welding/Fabrication Certification and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience is required
  • Flux Core Welding experience is preferred.
