We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheterization Lab team at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital. As a Cath Lab Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our procedural environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate the care of Cardiac Cath patients pre, intra, and post-procedure.
- Assist physicians in operative procedures.
- Maintain and review patients' records, including posting tests and examination results.
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
- Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
