Opportunity Overview

This role presents an exciting chance to excel in insurance sales and work closely with a dynamic team. As an Insurance Account Representative, you will focus on building strong relationships with customers, educating them about available insurance options, and collaborating with the agent to achieve marketing goals.

The ideal candidate will possess previous sales experience, preferably in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, and have a proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas. They should also exhibit exceptional communication skills, a passion for helping people manage risk, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up support and regular check-ins.
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about State Farm products and services that cater to their needs.
  • Collaborate with the agent to develop strategies to increase sales and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Identify customer needs and promote relevant State Farm products and services to meet those needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • A passion for helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
  • Strong organizational and self-motivation skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask.
  • A Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and a Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
