About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Commercial Faucets Engineering team. As a key technical contributor, you will be responsible for identifying and driving new innovations, developing products, and creating great user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply engineering fundamentals and structured problem-solving to design and validate components, subsystems, and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate, design, test, and validate parts, assemblies, and systems.
  • Drive innovation and reliability, contributing to Kohler's leadership in the global kitchen and bath industry.
  • Utilize 3D CAD software (PTC Creo) for concept realization and design.
  • Occasional travel to visit suppliers, customers, tradeshows, and other Kohler locations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited university.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (PTC Creo is highly preferred).
  • Working experience in mechanical engineering for electronics products will be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and with a cross-functional team.
  • Self-directed with creative problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to independently test, analyze, and solve technical problems.
  • Must exhibit excellent organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
