Job Title: Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Focus Staff. As a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

The Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the Critical Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of critical care procedures and patient safety protocols, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patient needs in the Critical Care Unit
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
  • Current State License
  • Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care hospital within the last three years required
  • Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment required
  • CCRN preferred
  • Experience with high acuity CCU/ICU/ER medical/surgical patients is preferred
  • Associate s Degree or BSN required
