We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Lotus Rising Holistic Therapy Center.

CompensationOur competitive compensation package includes a salary range of $64,830 - $84,900 per year, based on experience and licensure status.
Job DescriptionAs a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and family therapy sessions to clients, utilizing a client-centered approach that focuses on relationship-based support and systemic needs. You will work collaboratively with parents and other professionals to develop treatment plans and courses of action for your clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in working with children, adolescents, and families, as well as experience and interest in group therapy. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team, with opportunities for growth and education.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current license to practice in California
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), PsyD, or Ph.D.
- At least 2 years of experience in Private Practice
- Furnished office space with supplies for play therapy, art therapy, sand tray, meditation, and movement
