LHH Recruitment Solutions is a leading provider of recruitment solutions in the nonprofit sector. We are currently seeking a skilled Bilingual Intake Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity that requires the candidate to be bilingual in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with the intake process, including registering for services, updating demographic information, and ensuring accurate registration for assistance. This role will also involve administrative tasks such as phone correspondence, document scanning, and uploading documents.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree is desired but not necessary.
  • The candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative or intake role within a healthcare or behavioral health setting is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
Working Conditions

This position is 100% onsite and will require the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working under pressure and making sound judgment calls when needed.

Benefits

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401(k) plan, employees will also have access to paid leave, including sick leave and holiday pay.
