About the Job:

Bartenders at MacGregor Downs Country Club are responsible for preparing and serving drinks to members and guests in a fast-paced environment. They must be knowledgeable about hand-crafted cocktails, wine, and beer, and be able to mix and pour accurately without waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve drinks to members and guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Check identification and ensure members and guests meet age requirements for alcohol purchase
  • Monitor and limit excessive drinking
  • Train other staff in proper mixology methods
  • Serve snacks or food items to members and guests seated at the bar
Requirements:
  • Pleasant personality and good communication skills
  • Proper service techniques and ability to work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and knowledge of P.O.S.
  • Neat and clean appearance
