About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Route Manager to join our team at Sprague Pest Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated route of commercial clients, providing pest control and inspection services to meet their unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring timely and quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing knowledgeable guidance and recommendations.
  • Partner with technical specialists to solve complex pest problems and provide proactive solutions to clients.
  • Set up, monitor, and tear down equipment for new installations and specialized treatments, ensuring compliance with Sprague and DOT standards.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client complaints and service requests, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Work a flexible schedule as needed to meet client expectations, managing schedule and route to address urgent and unscheduled services in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience in route sales, merchandising, dispatching, or logistics preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record required.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of work quality essential.
  • Hunger for knowledge and professional development required.
  • Competitive approach to both individual and team performance expected.
