Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration between manufacturing, production, supply chain, and inventory teams.
- Oversee the tracking and movement of components throughout the production process to guarantee timely delivery.
- Coordinate the physical handling of materials through various stages, including receiving, inspection, and production.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in inventory to support supply planning and production schedules.
- Collaborate with production managers to ensure all performance metrics are met.
- Create and maintain reports to outline needs, deliverables, and constraints for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate the status of parts and projected completion timelines to management.
- Enhance logistics processes through innovative workflow staging.
- Support production and inventory teams with inventory management and returns.
- Assist designated production cells with work order management tasks as necessary.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift and transport items weighing 20 pounds or more regularly and to perform various physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling, and crawling.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, shipping, or logistics.
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP/MES systems (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, Confluence, or SQL.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment handling parts.
- Background in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
- APICS certification.
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
Compensation and Benefits:
