We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Apartment Porter at our growing properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of residential spaces
• Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces
• Assist with maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
