Key Responsibilities:
The Bartender serves as the initial point of contact for guests, setting the tone for their experience before they reach their tables. It is crucial to ensure that guests enjoy a positive atmosphere from the moment they enter the bar.

As a bartender at Hard Rock Cafe, you will embody the roles of a tour guide, communicator, entertainer, decision-maker, memorabilia curator, and musician at heart.

Your duties will include:
- Crafting beverages according to specified recipes.
- Demonstrating responsible alcohol service.
- Serving food and managing cash transactions.
- Conducting proficient sales transactions using a point-of-sale system.
- Checking identification for guests who appear under 30 years old.
- Maintaining accurate cash drawer balances.
- Guiding guests to various areas and restrooms.
- Exhibiting comprehensive product knowledge.
- Engaging in suggestive selling techniques.
- Keeping the bar area clean and organized.
- Managing product inventory and stocking liquor, beer, wine, and glassware throughout the shift.
- Properly labeling, dating, and refrigerating prepped items for the bar.
- Ensuring cleanliness of equipment, utensils, and glassware through proper sanitation practices.
- Performing opening, closing, and side duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar, cleaning surfaces, and maintaining the floor.
- Addressing guest inquiries accurately and courteously.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years of high-volume bartending experience is required.
