Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform field and office civil engineering work related to project planning, design, and construction.
  • Prepare plan sheets, utility and grading design, and create surface models.
  • Calculate earthwork volumes, develop grading and improvement plans, and prepare cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with Senior and Associate Engineers to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in civil engineering.

Requirements:

  • BSCE from an A.B.E.T. Accredited University preferred.
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate preferred.
  • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite software.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Adept at working in a team environment and independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledgeable with water, sewer, and storm drain design and the use of Civil 3D Pipe Networks.
  • Knowledgeable with grading design to include roadways utilizing Civil 3D corridors.
  • Knowledgeable with water and storm water modeling software.
