About the Role:
  • You will implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum, tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, fostering a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive.

What You'll Achieve:
  • Create engaging lesson plans, aligning with KinderCare's educational framework.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Cultivate positive partnerships with fellow teachers, center staff, and community contacts.
Your Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or obtain them promptly.
  • Possess CPR and First Aid Certification or obtain them soon.

Earn approximately $48,000-$65,000 per year, based on your expertise and location.
