We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nutrition Specialist to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality clinical nutrition services to patients across our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical nutrition therapy to patients in accordance with provider orders and hospital policies.
- Conduct assessments on patients identified to be at nutrition risk.
- Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans to promote wellness and manage chronic illness.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Support the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department Teams.
Requirements:
- Basic professional knowledge in clinical nutrition.
- Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field.
- Completion of Dietetic internship and successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN).
- Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certifications.
