Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1+ years experience as a Behavior Specialist, with expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). They will implement and oversee behavior intervention programs, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs for individuals
  • Implement and oversee behavior intervention programs
  • Analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for consistent implementation
  • Stay up-to-date with research and best practices in behavior analysis and ABA therapy
