Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Road Engineering Intern to join our Transportation Design Group. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Contribute to roadway designs, layout alignments, and create typical sections, site assessment, and engineering report development.
- Work with Microstation/Geopak, AutoCad, Blubeam, Open Bridge, Merlin Dash, and Quick Bridge to create 3D models and designs.
- Assist in the development of projects, including roundabouts, bridge replacements and rehabilitations, urban roads, rural roads, and large interstate improvements.
- Student majoring in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Survey, or Structural Engineering, or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office location.
