Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Build loyalty and repeat business by delivering exceptional patient care and service.
  • Champion Thrifty White Programs: Promote and assist with enrolling patients in programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx.
  • Lead Team by Example: Model, coach, and maintain high standards in patient service, leading by example and setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
  • Structure and Organize Workflow: Develop and implement efficient systems for prescription filling, patient counseling, and providing clinical services.
  • Develop Long-Term Care Business: Identify and communicate opportunities with Marketers, and develop strategies to grow long-term care business.
  • Dispense Medications and Provide Clinical Services: Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide all clinical pharmacy services to patients.
Requirements
  • A pharmacy license, or the ability to receive a pharmacy license without any federal sanctions.
  • A PharmD or MTM Certification (must provide a copy of the course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
  • Current Immunization Certification
  • Current CPR Certification
  • NPI Number
