Job Summary:

Palm Careers LLC is seeking a skilled CVOR Registered Nurse to join our team in Mobile, AL. As a CVOR RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the operating room and other areas of perioperative services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and effective patient care in the OR and other perioperative areas
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient surgical procedures
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to any changes or complications
  • Participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient education and care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Current Registered Nursing License in the state of Alabama
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification
  • Knowledge of robotic CABG and TAVR procedures
  • Experience with open-heart cases, including CABG, valve replacement, and vascular procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two years of experience in perioperative services, preferably in a CVOR setting
  • Certified Nurse, Operating Room (CNOR) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
