Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Eleos ABA. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in providing in-home ABA services to our clients with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a one-on-one therapy setting.
  • Collect and record data on client behavior to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with caregivers to provide training and support to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and families, promoting a sense of calm and well-being.
  • Carry out clinical assessments and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Attend training sessions to acquire further knowledge and skills in ABA and behavior tracking software.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • 1 year of experience working with children under 10 years old, preferably in a therapeutic setting
  • Ability to obtain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB, with training and support provided by Eleos ABA
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds and sit on the ground as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
  • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
