Branch Banker

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Banker. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and driving sales growth.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve customer financial well-being.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet and position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving customer loyalty and growth.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

• 1+ years of related experience in banking or a related field.
• Strong customer service and sales skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on driving business results.
