Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Position patients for optimal image quality and comfort
  • Administer contrast media and medications as needed
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and images
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • Current certification in computed tomography (CT) from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • State licensure as a radiologic technologist
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in computed tomography
  • Knowledge of radiation safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
