Geriatric Internal Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated **Internal Medicine Physician** with specialized training and experience in **Geriatrics** to become a vital part of our interdisciplinary team. This role is centered around providing exceptional care to vulnerable older adults through our home-based primary care and long-term care services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive medical care to elderly patients in various settings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities in geriatrics.
This position offers a **Monday through Friday** schedule from **8 AM to 5 PM**. On-call responsibilities will be managed from home, with expectations of 1-2 days per week and 1-2 weekends per month initially.
