Key Responsibilities- Administer medications to residents and maintain accurate records
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and support their care plans
- Facilitate resident group activities and participate in care conferences
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities related to their interests
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Report any changes in resident condition or concerns to the delegating nurse
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records
- Ability to work beyond normal working hours, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and transfer residents, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive resident information
