Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Sunbelt Staffing, working in an Elementary School near Baker, Louisiana.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions to support students with behavioral challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and program effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • BCBA certification from the BACB or BCaBA certification
  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • 1+ years experience working with children in educational or clinical settings
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
