Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a hospital setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including exercises, activities, and education
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

2 years of experience in an applied hospital setting
Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
