Overnight DSP for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

**Overview of the Role**
The Arc of Opportunity is committed to providing exceptional support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Overnight Direct Support Professional to join our team in residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Providing light to medium maintenance/domestic functions, such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and grounds keeping
- Collaborating with residential managers and Sr. Direct Support Professionals to ensure high-quality services and operational compliance
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including medication administration and service coding
- Participating in mandatory training and meetings, maintaining certifications, and adhering to confidentiality requirements
About Our Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual who can build strong relationships with individuals supported, families/guardians, peers, community partners, and government agencies. A valid driver's license, MAP Certification, and high school diploma or GED are required for this role.
