Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students ranging from Kindergarten through 12th grade within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough evaluations of students' speech and language skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure effective support and intervention.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct and indirect therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to support students' communication and language development.
Requirements
  • State License: Must possess an active or pending state SLP license for the state of employment.
  • ASHA Certification: ASHA certification is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required; we welcome candidates with diverse professional backgrounds.
