About the Role

Lutheran SeniorLife is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver-Med Tech to join our team. As a Caregiver-Med Tech, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lifestyle of our residents by providing personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and overall well-being.
  • Provide all levels of care, including medication administration, as per state regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Health Care Coordinator/Case Manager to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or successful completion after hire.
  • Successful completion of state-approved medication administration course and direct care programs.
