Job Summary:

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and delivering orders, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. If you're a team player with a passion for hospitality, we'd love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to guests during peak hours.
  • Take accurate orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests' expectations are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on our menu and promotions to recommend the best options to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a spotless dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • You should enjoy interacting with people and making a positive impact.
  • You're comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • You value teamwork and are excited to contribute to a positive experience.
  • You're available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior food service experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate.
  • You must be at least 21 years old.
