We are in search of a dependable LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - to provide compassionate care to our residents. The LPN will operate under the guidance of our Nursing Director. The ideal candidate will possess experience in delivering a range of nursing services while maintaining a calm and patient demeanor.

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Responsibilities
- Accurately document patients' medical histories.
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Monitor patients' progress and identify any side effects from treatments.
- Track patients' conditions, including fluid intake and output, and maintain patient charts.
- Administer prescribed medications, perform wound care, and assist with other medical tasks.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding their progress.
- Proven experience as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or NEW GRADUATES.
- Ability to perform a variety of nursing tasks and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
- Understanding of confidentiality standards and nursing best practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
- Successful completion of an LPN program is required.

Salary: $40.00 per hour
