Porter Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Porter to join our team at Leonard Bus Sales, Inc. in Bergen, NY.

Job Summary:

The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the parking lot organization and appearance, as well as performing building and parking lot janitorial and maintenance duties as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain parking lot organization and appearance
  • Perform building and parking lot janitorial and maintenance duties as required
  • Assist in the movement of buses within the shop/facility
  • May be called on to assist as a driver for other sales, service, or parts department needs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency in web-based programs and applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Facility maintenance experience preferred
  • Valid Commercial Driver License (with proper endorsements) for New York State or for the state of residence
  • Valid DOT medical certificate
