Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2-3 years of experience in pastry or baking, preferably with a focus on artisanal bread making.
  • Solid foundation in baking principles and techniques, including lamination methods and viennoiserie production.
  • Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Eagerness to learn new recipes and replicate them with precision.
  • Strong team player with a receptive attitude towards feedback and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing over 50 pounds and to stand for extended periods (up to 9 hours).
