At Whittier Health Network, we are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. This is a per diem opportunity with differentials offered for evening, night and weekend shifts.

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized evaluation, documentation, treatment planning implementation, and goal determination under the direction of a physician. They will also perform all modes of respiratory care, including mechanical vent maintenance and weaning, ABG's, 02 and aerosol therapy, airway maintenance, and maintenance of all respiratory equipment.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a B.S., or A.S. in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program, as well as a CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care. Additionally, they must be currently licensed by the Division of Registration, Board of Respiratory Care, Commonwealth of MA, and certified in BLS for the Healthcare provider. Knowledge and experience in dealing with adult rehabilitation and geriatric age groups are also required.

Estimated salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
